This Fall, The Friends of the Peterborough Public Library will host their first Giant Book Sale in three years. On Friday, November 4 until Saturday, November 5, come to the Peterborough Public Library at 345 Aylmer St for a huge book sale.
The Sale begins on Friday, Nov. 4 from noon until 7 p.m., followed by Saturday Nov. 5 from 10 A.M. until 3 P.M.
The sale will include rare books dating from the early 20th century right through to current bestsellers. Many categories of non-fiction books will be available also and we offer a wide selection of mysteries. In addition, the library has a huge selection of children’s books, from baby’s first book to teen fiction. Whatever category of book someone is looking for, there’s a good chance the Peterborough Public Library will find it.
The earlier you arrive to the event, the better your chances are at finding what you’re looking for!.
All proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Peterborough Public Library to fund a variety of special programs.
Everyone is encouraged to bring their own bag for purchases.
