Conscious Shift: Leadership and Management Uncensored

Conscious Shift: Leadership and Management Uncensored

Event Details: What does it take to create real change in business? The answer is a conscious shift in perspective. On May 10th, we welcome you to join us in this day of personal reflection and professional collaboration.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This series of workshops offers a rare opportunity to hear the uncensored voices of local thought leaders as they explore their experiences with leadership. The presenters have been challenged to come up with original content for this workshop, consisting of a 20-minute presentation followed by 20 minute Q & A. You will be equally challenged, as this is a chance for participants to confront the truth about their situation.
Conscious Shift will challenge the participants to step outside of their comfort zone. Participants will be introduced to alternative insights that challenge the status quo in management.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

The same canned presentations that you hear everywhere.
Who should attend
Business owners, executives, managers and community leaders who are prepared to make a conscious shift in their perspective to impact meaningful change in their lives. At this event, you’re a participant, not an attendee. If you want to hear content you’ve never heard, ask questions you’ve never asked and spark ideas you’ve never thought of, this one’s for you.
