Event Details: On Saturday, March 24th the 7th Annual Gaskell Memorial Cup returns to the Evinrude Centre with honorary 2018 team captain Marc Savard helping lead the way to raise funds for the Gaskell Cup. Organized by H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Participate Equally) the event this year has partnered with GPHSF, Your Family Health Team Foundation, to support the Youth Sports Concussion Awareness Program in furthering awareness and education to ensure all concussions are taken seriously
Other Details of the day: The Gaskell Memorial Cup includes many activities for families and hockey fans alike and H.O.P.E. are encouraging all members of the community to come down and enjoy the event, as admission is totally free. The family zone includes face painting, hockey shoot out and coloring station; a complimentary BBQ lunch from 12-2 pm; a shoot out for a Brand NEW CAR from Russelle Toyota at 2:30 pm; silent auction will be taking place on the upper level; Lots of 4 on 4 hockey for both Adult and Youth teams. You can register a team for $400.00 (Limited spots left for youth)
