Event Details: Applications will be received Monday to Friday between 9:30am-3:00pm
from November 12th—December 6th

What you need to bring:
· Personal identification for all family members living in the household
· Proof of address
· Income verification for all working members in the household (government assistance
cheque/stub, pay stubs)
